How Club Joe cards work

1.    Purchase a Club Joe Card in any denomination of $10 or above. If you purchase $100 or more, you receive an additional 10% of credit on the Card.  

2.   Present the card to the cashier at Volcano Joe’s Coffee House, Bakery or Island Bistro for purchases. Club Joe cards may not be used to purchase retail items, catering items, or party platters.

3.   The cashier will handle your purchase and give you a receipt showing how much you spent and your card balance.

4.   You may recharge the card’s value at any time.

5.   Protect the Club Joe card. If you are a registered Club Joe customer, then we are able to replace the card if it is lost or stolen for a $5 service charge. If you are not a registered Club Joe customer, the card will not be replaced if lost or stolen. If your name appears on your receipt, then you are a registered Club Joe customer.

Terms and Conditions

Use of the Club Joe card constitutes acceptance of these terms. 

1.   This card can be applied towards purchases at Volcano Joe’s Island Bistro and Coffee House, Bakery and Island Bistro, 1810 University Avenue, Honolulu, HI  96822.

2.   It may not be exchanged for cash.
